Después del éxito que tuvo la edición limitada de la Asics Gel Nimbus con motivo de la Marató de Barcelona, Asics ha querido replicar lo que les funcionó y ha decidido celebrar el 20º aniversario de la DS Trainer dándole la edición limitada a este modelo.
La zapatilla mixta por excelencia de Asics estará disponible tanto en versión masculina como masculina y con tan sólo 1000 unidades. Podrán encontrarse en puntos de venta especializados de la Expo Sports de la maratón (vamos, la feria del corredor) y en el Flagship Store de Asics de la Avenida Diagonal de Barcelona.
La edición limitada de la Asics Gel DS Trainer 20 será exactamente igual en cuanto a funcionalidad que el modelo original. Sólo cambiará el diseño, de manera que el par de zapatillas poseerá dos estéticas: un color para el pie derecho y otro para el pie izquierdo, complementarios entre sí. Además, el modelo esconde detalles del evento, como el estampado del recorrido en su plantilla, el nombre de la prueba en la zona de la lengüeta y talón y la fecha y año de la competición en sus cordones.
Sin duda, es un recuerdo bonito para el que vaya a correr la prueba el 15 de marzo y la delicia para todos los coleccionistas. El precio será 130 €.
